HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Contact Barberbred customer service representative and inform them of your request to return an order. Once your claim has been established, you will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number. Confirm shipping arrangements with your customer service representative, and re-package merchandise as it was upon delivery. Shipping insurance must be purchased on all return items. Baberbred is not responsible for damages or lost package(s) occurred during return transit. After shipping charges and any additional return/re-stocking fees have been deducted, you will receive your payment/refund. Reimbursement, credit, or exchange will only be allowed on authorized returns. Please allow 2-7 business days for your refund to process upon our receipt of your return.

RETURNS

There is a 20% restocking fee on all items approved for return. We will accept merchandise for return only within 5 working days of receipt, provided that the merchandise is in original condition, unused, the customer has retained all original materials, accessories, and packaging. Restocking fees may be increased if shipments are returned to us damaged or without original packaging. Barberbred will NOT accept any return on Shampoo Units that have already been installed or connected for plumbing. Barberbred will NOT accept any returns or exchanges on items that show signs of having been installed, used, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced. Customers must receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to a return. Any item returned without a RA number will be refused or their return process will be delayed. All returns are subject to inspection before approval for a refund. Absolutely NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted on customized/special ordered merchandise or non-stock merchandise. Any attempts for a return past the 5-day window will remain at the discretion of Barberbred Inc. Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer must pay all applicable fees. The customer is responsible for providing proper packaging and may be held responsible for any additional shipping fees (i.e. call tags, shipping insurance, and repackaging). All returns will be thoroughly reviewed and authorized at the discretion of Barberbred Inc. Any merchandise not received in accordance with our return policy will be refused and returned to the Customer. Any additional damage to refused products are the sole responsibility of the customer and such damage claims are between the carrier and the customer. Return requests MUST be approved in advance and are subject to a 20% restocking fee if not returned in original packaging and condition plus shipping charges (both directions will be billed the original shipping cost). Products must be returned in their original packaging in Like New condition. Refunds are contingent upon Keller International’s inspection and approval. All credits will be issued to the original method of payment used (ie. credit card, store credit, check). Special Order items are NOT returnable. All drop ship items return policies are at the discretion of manufacturers (Oakworks, Collins, Continuum, Rhino Mat, Adjust-A-Sink, Flash Furniture, Pibbs, Belvedere, etc).All Collins equipment are custom made special order items and are non-refundable, and some Belvedere equipment is customized, special order items and are non-refundable, as well as a 30% restocking charge on all standard items returned unused. Positively no Belvedere goods are to be returned without advance written authorization on a Belvedere USA LLC Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) form. No credit will be issued for unauthorized Belvedere product returns. All Belvedere returns are to be packaged in original or similar packing materials and sent back freight prepaid. Belvedere products will be refused with any packages returned freight collect. Please call our representatives if you need further assistance with return details.

We want you to be thrilled when you make a purchase on our site. We will do all that we can to make you happy, and when your merchandise ships we assure you with up to date shipping confirmation. Most of our merchandise has a factory warranties already guarranteed.
